R. Jack Hayman Bio
R. Jack Hayman specializes in health insurance and
financial planning for individuals and small work groups.
He is an independent broker representing a wide range
of health and life insurance, annuity, long-term care,
Medicare Supplement and Advantage carriers for clients
throughout both North Carolina and South Carolina.
Jack spent more than 25 years developing an understanding
of the financial challenges facing every small business
owner trying to balance cash flow requirements with
business operations including the cost and complexities
of employee benefit programs.
Successful management of a small business is no small
task under any circumstance. A husband or wife trying
to find the most cost effective and benefit rich health
insurance plan to protect themselves and their families
is no small task either. These are important considerations
and decisions. One of the most important considerations
of all is future needs. Unfortunately, many people
do not think about future needs especially as they
relate to health care and asset protection until either
it is too late or the meaningful cost savings opportunities
have passed.
If money were no object, these tasks would be much
less of a challenge. But the fact is money is an object
and that is precisely why a professional should be
consulted periodically to review market conditions,
the introduction of new programs and changes in personal
circumstances.

After serving a tour of duty in the US Navy, Jack
earned a BA from Sacred Heart University, Fairfield,
CT then spent several years with the IBM Corporation.
In 1989, he earned an MBA through an Executive MBA
program also at Sacred Heart University. Jack spent
many years actively involved in civic and community
service programs. He is one of the founders of the
Town of Trumbull, CT, Emergency Medical Services Department
where he served as the Commission Chairman and member
for many years. His civic involvement has been rewarded
with a Home Town Hero Award and two Man-of-the-Year
awards. He lives in Charlotte with his wife and two
children.
R. Jack Hayman is licensed in North Carolina to sell
both Health and Life Insurance products and Long-Term
Care and Medicare products. He is similarly licensed
in South Carolina.
